My Coaching Philosophy
Tricks of the Trade

Work Hard
Work hard at everything you do. Have a passion to get better each and every day. Always be asking questions and looking for other ways to get better outside of practice in order to improve your craft.

Have Fun
Players should always be enjoying this game of lacrosse. This is the reason why I am so passionate about the game becaue it is a ton of fun. Rule number 1 is always have fun.

Be Passionate
Be passionate about everything you do out there on the field. People should be able to tell from the sidelines that you are passionate about the game because of how hard you are playing. Your passion should be so intense that it is scary to others.
"I've failed over and over again in my life... and that is why I succeed."
